15jl Terms & Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 15jl ("the Platform", "us", "we"). By accessing or using any part of the 15jl website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all registered users of the platform, regardless of the device or method used to access 15jl. 2 Eligibility and Registration

Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions or closure. 3 Account Management

Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 15jl. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. Account Accuracy: The name, date of birth, and contact details registered on your account must match your official identification documents. These details cannot be changed to those of another person. 15jl reserves the right to close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with identity documents.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 15jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by 15jl, which include Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, and accepted local e-wallets. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit where possible, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take a certain number of business days to process depending on the method and any pending verification steps. 5 Promotions and Bonuses

All promotional offers made available on 15jl are governed by individual promotion-specific terms and conditions. These terms include, but are not limited to: eligibility requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering or playthrough requirements, qualifying games and their contribution rates, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings, and offer expiry periods.

15jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including offers that are already active, in the event of technical errors, suspected abuse, or other legitimate business reasons. Players who are found to have abused promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other means — may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

6 Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on 15jl are subject to the specific rules for each betting market, game type, or product. For sports betting, market-specific rules — covering settlement, void bets, push outcomes, and walkover decisions — apply to each event. For casino games and slots, the rules of each game as defined by its provider apply. Always consult the relevant game information or betting market rules before placing a bet.

Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered placed and confirmed once it has been accepted by the platform and a bet reference number is issued. Bets that show as pending due to a network interruption are not confirmed until acceptance is received.

15jl reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obvious error price, where a technical fault has affected the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or where there is reasonable evidence that the integrity of a bet has been compromised.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 15jl and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or technical faults in games or betting markets
• Collusion or coordinated betting arrangements with other players
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification
• Allowing a third party to use your account or using another person's account

8 Responsible Gaming

15jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your account settings.

If you feel that your gaming is causing you distress or financial difficulty, we encourage you to use these tools or to contact support to discuss self-exclusion options. A self-excluded account will be closed and cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no funds are under investigation.

10 Privacy, Data and Security

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 15jl is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that document.
